Who I am
My Hollydays is the trading name of Holly Boswell, an independent Personal Travel Agent based in Maidstone, Kent, working with InteleTravel UK (ABTA P7384). You can contact me at myhollydays.travel@gmail.com.
What I collect
When you submit an enquiry I collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, destination and travel preferences, budget, party details and any notes you add. I also record the date of your enquiry.
How I use it
Your information is used solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare holiday options and quotes, and administer any booking you go on to make. Where a booking proceeds, relevant details are shared with the travel suppliers and the travel network needed to fulfil it. I do not sell your data, and I do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Storage and retention
Enquiries are stored securely and access is restricted. Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and to meet legal or booking-related record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted.

This website uses only the cookies and local storage needed for the site to work and to remember your cookie preference. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set without your consent.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request a copy of the personal data I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to its use. Email myhollydays.travel@gmail.com and I'll respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
